The J&K Bank has reopened applications for its annual J&K Bank Scholarship Scheme 2026 for meritorious students from Jammu and Kashmir. The scholarship provides ₹25,000 per year to students pursuing graduation in any discipline from government or private colleges in J&K.
The J&K Bank Scholarship is one of the most sought-after scholarships in the region, with over 15,000 applications received last year. The bank shortlists 1,000 scholars annually based on Class 12 merit and family income criteria.
Eligibility for J&K Bank Scholarship 2026:
• J&K domicile holder
• Enrolled in 1st year of UG program in a J&K college
• Class 12 marks: Minimum 80%
• Annual family income: Below ₹4 lakh
• Must have applied within 6 months of taking UG admission
Applications are available at the nearest J&K Bank branch. Students must submit filled application along with Class 12 mark sheet, income certificate, bank account details, and passport-size photograph.
